FAQ's:

Q: What if my pelvic floor is overactive?

A: This course is suitable for all pelvic floor types. Heidi guides you through how to squeeze AND how to release.

Can I do this if I already wear a pessary?

A: Yes! Wearing a pessary provides structural support for your prolapse, but it shouldn't replace doing pelvic floor exercises. The 12 week strengthening program is your key to regaining control of your pelvic floor again.

How long are the workouts?

A: The pelvic floor workouts range from 4-7 minutes. The prolapse-safe full body strength program shows a series of exercises that can be completed at your own pace.

Do I need any equipment for the workouts?

A: Weights and resistance bands are completely optional. You can complete the workouts without any equipment.

How often should you do the pelvic floor workouts?

A: The pelvic floor workouts are designed to be completed daily.
